Air Liquide has acquired Cryogas de Centroamerica S.A. of Panama, marking the company’s entry into the region. Cryogas is a leading supplier of medical and industrial gases in Panama, one of the fastest developing countries in Central America.

As part of the agreement, Air Liquide purchased Cryogas’ business operations and assets, including its Air Separation Unit, filling, and distribution and sales activities.
