Abstract submission is now open for the 20th International Cryocooler Conference (ICC20), the premier global conference on cryocooler technology. The meeting will feature oral and poster presentation sessions, plus CSA’s Foundations of Cryocoolers short course. The conference gathers leaders from industry, government and academia to present and explore cutting-edge technical issues and solutions related to cryocooler development and cryogenic applications.

Presentation topics include cryocooler modeling and analysis, cryocooler control electronics, large-scale cryocooler applications, cryocooler miniaturization and cryocoolers for laboratory and aerospace applications. ICC20 will feature a special session devoted to university students performing research at cryogenic temperatures.

The conference will be held June 18-21, 2018, in Burlington VT. Located on the shores of Lake Champlain, Burlington offers many opportunities for entertainment, sightseeing and outdoor recreation. Major airline service is available. Downtown shops and restaurants line the walking mall along the Church Street Marketplace. The city is also home to the University of Vermont. The nearby Shelburne Museum houses American folk and decorative art in a collection of historic buildings.
