CSA regrets to report the loss of one of our own. Former Cold Facts editor Brian Dudley passed away peacefully in Tallahassee FL on January 9, 2021. He was 45. He leaves behind his mother, Betty, and son, Braden.

From 2015 to 2019, CSA benefitted from Brian’s curiosity and dedication to journalism as Cold Facts editor. With a natural ability to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner, Brian’s work will be remembered at CSA and around the world through the many magazine issues he produced. We at CSA will miss his positive spirit and offer our deepest condolences and sympathies to his family and loved ones.

“Brian was invaluable not only as editor but as a strong representative of CSA at several conferences. He was a really fine person and a vital part of CSA. We miss him greatly,” said former executive director Laurie Huget. ■
